This policy describes data handling on Pokhara Hotels (https://pokharahotelsnepal.com) based on the site's current implementation. Hosting-provider practices are also governed by that provider's own policy.

The site does not provide user accounts or collect booking payment details. Booking transactions take place on Booking.com after you leave this site.

2. Information Collected Automatically

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. The application records affiliate redirect events in its database with the property slug, partner, referral source, country header, user-agent, and timestamp. It does not store an IP address in that event record. Cloudflare may process technical request data under its own policies. No separate analytics SDK is present in the current site code.

3. Cookies and Affiliate Referral Links

The current site code does not intentionally set advertising or retargeting cookies. When you follow a Booking.com link through Travelpayouts, those providers may process referral information or use technologies on their services under their own policies.

4. AI Crawlers and Protocol Access

We provide machine-readable summaries (/llms.txt and /llms-full.txt) for search agents and AI assistants. Our REST API is private and is not available for public use. Traffic is served through Cloudflare's network, which applies its standard bot and abuse protections.
